InterContinental Tokyo is a hotel in Akasaka. Its 37th-floor teppanyaki restaurant looks out onto Tokyo Tower, and strawberry afternoon tea can be reserved. The building is old but has been renovated, and the rooms are clean; Moët & Chandon is served during club happy hour. The station entrance is close, but the walk to the subway platforms is fairly long.
