KUTSUROGI

KUTSUROGI is a baby castella cafe on the first floor of Dex Tokyo Beach in Odaiba, Tokyo. It grills plain or daily-flavor castella to order and tops it with whipped cream and ice cream. Benches sit in front of the shop, seating is spacious, and self-service cold water is available. With a Joypolis ticket, the whipped cream is free, and orders can take more than three minutes to grill and top when they pile up.
