HARBS Tokyo Midtown is a Japanese-style cake and crepe cafe in Tokyo Midtown. It serves fruit-heavy cakes such as strawberry cake, milk crepe, and fruit crepe, along with coffee or tea. At 2 p.m. there was no wait to get in, but by 3 p.m. nearly all seats were taken and a line formed for takeout. The cakes are generous in fruit and size, but the price is high.
