Frame cafe

Frame cafe is a cafe inside Tokyo Joypolis in Daiba that sells pizza, burgers, curry, and collaboration menu items. From the window seats and observation terrace overlooking Tokyo Bay, boat lights are visible from late afternoon. Water must be requested separately, the deck is accessible, and there is only one ordering and payment machine. The menu is limited, and the fries are oily and under-seasoned.
