Kyoto Avanti is a shopping mall on the Hachijo exit side of Kyoto Station, with tenants including Don Quijote, GU, and Animate. It holds a basement food court and gacha store along with Uniqlo and Coco Curry Pine. The mall connects directly to Kyoto Station underground and has a basement parking lot. Its size is on the small side.
