Ppang Guneun Chef

Bbanggubneun Syep is a bakery in an alley by a neighborhood market in Incheon. It sells different types of bread, including sarada ppang, and prepares takeout neatly. The bread comes out between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. On weekdays, most of it is nearly sold out by lunchtime, so there is little to choose from if you arrive late.
