Old Simin Hall Shelter is an urban park on the site of the former citizens' hall in Juan-dong, Incheon. It has an outdoor stage, benches, a fountain, and rest areas. The park is a little over 600 meters from Juan Station, close to Incheon Subway Line 2, an underground shopping arcade, and bus stops. It is currently closed for construction.
