HAUTE COUTURE・CAFE is a cafe in Naka-Meguro, Tokyo that serves afternoon tea alongside seasonal decorations. The hydrangea theme includes pear and lime parfait, melon shortcake, tarte citron, and sable, with five kinds of tea available as a two-hour free flow. Sable is brought out in stages at seats filled with flower decorations from ceiling to wall, and staff take framed photos. On weekends during cherry blossom season, reservations fill up almost completely, so bookings must be made in advance.
