HALO

HALO is a cafe in a residential area between Yutenji and Meguro, about a 15-minute walk from Nakameguro Station in Tokyo. It serves coffee, plates, and cake, and the HALO plate, limited to five per day, comes with salad, two kinds of baguette, sausage, and carrot rapee. It opens at 9 a.m., and orders and payment are made at the register at the entrance before the food is brought to the table. The terrace seats allow dogs, and the restroom is outside the shop, so its location should be checked before use.
