Cafe Pason is a cafe in Kamimeguro, Meguro City, Tokyo, a two-to-three-minute walk from Naka-Meguro Station, that roasts its own coffee and serves cake. Its popular Oregratse layers six-hour cold-water-extracted coffee with sweetened milk, and it is drunk without stirring. Customers can choose the bean type and roast level, and pour-over is also available. On weekend afternoons the cafe fills to capacity, with waits of about twenty minutes to an hour.
