Its signature cakes are Chocolat Samba and Foret Noire, and it also sells chocolate on its own. Chocolat Samba contains bitter chocolate mousse, while Foret Noire is made of sponge topped with thin chocolate. The cakes center on deep chocolate flavor and strong sweetness, so they are not light.
