THE PLATFORM STAND Tokyo Station is a bakery inside Tokyo Station on the Tokaido Shinkansen platforms 18 and 19. It sells sandwiches, bread, and drinks as takeout, including koppeppang sandwiches, scones, and iced lattes. The shop opened in February 2026 and is a takeout-only counter for passengers before boarding the Shinkansen. Because it is located inside the platforms, prices are on the high side.
