Sabrina GRANSTA Tokyo Store is a pastry shop inside GRANSTA TOKYO at Tokyo Station that sells baked goods made with fermented butter. Its signature Sabrina is a flower-shaped French toast-style pie topped with butter and almonds, and the palmier is coated in chocolate. On weekday mornings there is sometimes no line, but waits of about 10 minutes occur when stock arrives. Some items, including the financier, sell out early.
