Masahiko Ozumi Paris Daimaru Tokyo is a pastry shop on the first floor of Daimaru Tokyo, a three-minute walk from Tokyo Station. It makes 3D CAD cakes woven like knitting and offers Zabuton Mont Blanc and a Daimaru Tokyo-exclusive Gateau Bobin Matcha. Long lines formed early after opening, but on a weekday at 2 p.m. there was no line to buy. The cakes are small, so the prices feel high.
