Maison Kayser Daimaru Tokyo Store is a bakery in the basement of Daimaru Tokyo at Tokyo Station, selling French-style bread and pastries. The croissant, its signature item, is large, crisp outside and soft inside, with a clear butter aroma. The shop carries many hard breads and also sells shokupan alongside the croissant. It sits at the far end of Hoppetown in the Daimaru basement, attached to other shops, which makes it hard to find.
