Made in Pierre Hermé is a French patisserie and cafe on the basement first floor of Gransta Tokyo, inside the ticket gates of Tokyo Station, selling cakes, macarons and baked sweets. The Ispahan holds raspberry, lychee and berry buttercream under rose petals, and the Hokkaido milk soft ice cream comes with strawberry, cranberry and cassis sauce. Seats are taken first and orders placed after. Seats were empty in the early hours, while Saturday evening was full, with a table found in about five minutes even then.
