Hyakuryoya

Hyakuryoya is a shop specializing in anpan located inside Gransta Tokyo at Tokyo Station. It sells coin-shaped bread with fillings such as koshian, tsubuan, cream, and matcha, enclosed in a thin butter-rich dough. Staff recommend heating koshian in a microwave for about 20 seconds, or toasting it to bring out the butter aroma and a crisp texture. The anko filling, by contrast, is dry and crumbly.
