Gatto Pesta Harada Grandsta Tokyo is a pastry shop inside the ticket gates on the basement first floor of Grandsta at Tokyo Station, selling rusk and baked sweets. Its signature item is soft-serve ice cream topped with rusk, and the sweets can be bought one piece at a time. At the cafe, customers buy a meal ticket from a digital vending machine, hand it to staff, and pick up their order themselves, and hot sandwiches take about 10 minutes to grill. The cafe has few seats, and the wait on a Friday evening was around 20 minutes.
