BAKE CHEESE TART Gransta Marunouchi is a dessert shop on the basement first floor of Gransta Marunouchi, outside the ticket gates of Tokyo Station. It sells baked cheese tarts, mainly plain, along with matcha, mascarpone, burnt caramel and strawberry flavors. Tarts are baked in batches in the oven in front of the shop, and at home they are heated for 3 to 5 seconds in a microwave or in a toaster. The outside is crisp and the inside melts softly.
