Aman Tokyo The Café by Aman

The Cafe by Aman serves seasonal desserts and three-course meals on the first floor of The Otemachi Tower, directly connected to Otemachi Station in Tokyo. Its signature items are strawberry desserts and peach and champagne shaved ice, with seasonal ingredients expressed on each plate. Large windows and glass walls look out onto a small forest-like green space, and in the evening lights come on in the surrounding trees. In the evening or on cloudy days, the view outside the windows is not clearly visible.
