KITTE Garden

KITTE Garden is an outdoor observation deck on the sixth floor of the KITTE building, a five-minute walk from the Marunouchi plaza at Tokyo Station. From there, Tokyo Station's main entrance, the Marunouchi plaza, and trains running on the railway are visible at no cost, and the station's night view is easy to photograph after dark. Going up from around 5:20 p.m., later than sunset, brings the lights of the building and the area around the station into view. Because it is outdoors, the wind is strong and cold in midwinter, making it hard to stay long.
