Tranche Blanc

Tteurang Blanc is a cafe on a hill a five-minute walk from Mapo Station in Seoul, serving Indonesian-style pancakes, brunch, and desserts. Its signature dish, tteurang blanc, is a pancake with cheddar cheese and cinnamon sauce melted inside, served with seasonal fruit. One person does the cooking, so orders come out one after another and waits tend to be long. The hill is steep and the cafe sits deep in an alley, making it hard to find.
