Suderbun is a bakery near Gongdeok Station that bakes 100% domestic wheat naturally leavened sourdough. It makes rye bread, campagne, seed sourdough, and cranberry walnut sourdough with a crisp crust and a moist interior. Lines form often, and half-and-half orders, reservations, and delivery are available. The bread sells out before the afternoon, so business hours are short.
