Kim Jinhwan Bakery

Kim Jinhwan Jegwajeom is a bakery in Hongdae, an 8-minute walk from Exit 6 of Hongdaeipgu Station, selling milk bread, chestnut bread, and soboro bread. The milk bread is not sliced, and is torn apart by hand and eaten while warm, when its moist, chewy texture comes through. It is open from the morning until around 2 p.m., and by around 2 p.m. only the milk bread may be left. The menu is narrow, so there is not much to choose besides the bread loaves.
