Jang Sunmin Confectionery

Jang Sunmin Gwajajeom is a neighborhood bakery in Seoul. It serves patbingsu topped with house-boiled red beans, pat pastries, and dubu gwaja. The bakery also sells saeng donuts, pastries, pies, oksusu ppang, sora ppang, and shu cream ppang. Bread is sometimes sold out in the afternoon.
