ILYA Coffee roastery & shop sits near Gongdeok Station in Seoul and has operated as a hand-drip coffee cafe for 20 years. It roasts its own beans and serves drip coffee and drip-based iced coffee, along with apple pie, carrot cake, and cookies made in-house. Coffee strength can be adjusted stronger or weaker, and classical music plays on the first floor and in the basement. When families fill the space, quiet conversation breaks down and individual work is difficult.
