Hooligan Coffee

Hooligan Coffee is a brunch cafe in Hongdae that serves pasta, galettes, and scramble plates. The lunch set comes with rose pasta, toast, french fries, and coffee, and the cafe also offers an ice cream latte and a peach ade. There are single seats, power outlets, and plenty of tables, so you can work while eating brunch. The galette comes with peaches in summer and strawberries at other times, and the scramble plate is not heavily salted.
