Hibi

Hibi is a small bakery in Yeonnam that sells Japanese-style korokke and curry bread. The curry bread comes in potato, corn cheese, spicy, and cheese versions, and the breadcrumbs are crisp when the bread is still warm. The shop is very small and sits deep inside the neighborhood, so you walk along Yeontral Park to reach it. As time passes or near closing, the takeout wrapper picks up oil and the bread can go soggy.
