Dessert Lab

Dessert Research Institute is a cafe in Seogyo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, that sells decorated cakes and small desserts. It serves items such as peach cake along with Bettinardi tea, and the path leading in also works as a photo backdrop. The cafe is not crowded, so desserts can be bought right away. The peach cake had a smell of thawing from the freezer.
