Colorado Project

Colorado Project is a cafe in Seoul that serves Orange Bianco, Einspanner, and desserts. It sits near Mapo Art Center and makes its orange syrup in-house for its orange coffee, with oatmeal cookies as a signature item. Seating comes to about seven tables, spaced apart, and staff bring the coffee to the table after ordering. The space is small, so there are not many seats.
