Chubeoreup is a brunch restaurant in Seoul that serves churros and bagels. The churros are fried to order and come out thick, with a soft, dense texture that does not harden as they cool. The bagels are made with less of the usual chewy texture, making them soft, and the menu includes blueberry, everything, salt butter, pizza, and chocolate bagels.
