Cafe 27 Degrees

Cafe27dessert is a dessert shop near Ewha Womans University that sells canelés, madeleines, financiers, and cookies. The signature canelé is baked crisp on the outside and moist inside, and comes in rum and matcha flavors. Desserts for gifting are packed neatly for takeout. The shop is on basement level 1, reached by taking the stairs on the right down from the street, which makes the entrance hard to find.
