Blurr

Blur is a canelé café near Hapjeong Station with views of the Han River, Yeouido, and the National Assembly. It makes its own canelés in original, churros, matcha injeolmi, and salt caramel flavors, along with scones and Basque cheesecake. The café occupies the fourth floor and has a rooftop, and on weekends a wait forms, with the pace easing after 5 p.m. During busy hours, seats with a river view are hard to get.
