Almang Market

Almaeng Sangjeom is a zero-waste shop in Seoul that sells detergents, cosmetics and household goods. Shampoo, lotion, laundry detergent, spices, cookies, pencil leads and diffuser refill liquid are dispensed by the amount you choose. You use containers you bring yourself or ones the shop has washed, on-site sterilisation takes about 15 minutes, and Tetra Pak cartons are also collected. The shop is small, so it is hard to look around when it is crowded.
