Regular Service is a cafe in Mangwon-dong, Seoul, that serves milk tea and Earl Grey tea. Milk tea and Earl Grey tea are the main menu items, and sandwiches are also available. The space is not easy to spot, so you have to look carefully for the location when going there. Seating is cramped and uncomfortable.
