Hinoly is a bakery in a quiet corner of Mangwon in Seoul. It sells rustic bread, ciabatta, salt bread, and whole wheat bread, all made to bring out the natural taste of the bread itself. It opens at 1:30 p.m. and operates only Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Lines are long on weekends.
