Castella Yeonguso

Castella Research Institute is a bakery in Mangwon, Seoul, selling plain, matcha, chocolate, and custard castella. It also serves coffee like a cafe, and its cream castella lets cream soak between the layers of bread. The castella comes in a flowerpot dish, and there is plenty of seating with no wait. The coffee is disappointing.
