El Rancho Market is a Mexican food store in Silver Lake, Los Angeles, selling fruit, vegetables, meat and Mexican cheese. The meat counter at the back is where you pick out meat and buy Mexican cheese. The store has held its spot in the neighbourhood since its early days. At the meat department, answers of "I don't know" or "we don't have it" come up repeatedly.
