Yuk Dae Jang

Yuk Dae Jang is a Korean restaurant in Los Angeles Koreatown that serves yukgaejang and bossam. The main dishes are galbi yukgaejang and bossam, with yukkalmyeon and naengmyeon also on the order list. The yukgaejang holds a lot of meat, large scallions and dangmyeon, giving it a thick broth and a portion too large for two people to finish in one bowl. The banchan are only three items — kimchi, chives and odeng — which makes them sparse.
