Triple Beam Pizza

Triple Beam Pizza has locations in Echo Park and Highland Park and sells pizza by the slice and by the whole pie. Toppings include combinations such as pineapple, prosciutto and jalapeño, roasted mushrooms and shallots, and squash. Slices are cut into squares and served in a small box, and the pizza is finished quickly after ordering. The basic setup is to take a slice and eat it there.
