Susuru Ramen Bar

Susuru Ramen Bar is a small ramen shop in Thai Town in Hollywood that serves tonkotsu ramen and katsudon. The tonkotsu broth comes with chashu, egg, seaweed, bamboo shoots, corn, and spinach, and the ramen is available in spicy and mild versions. On a Saturday evening the wait was about 10 minutes, and the shop is 12 minutes from the Griffith Observatory overlook. The interior is small and parking is hard to find.
