Sushi Takeda

Sushi Takeda is an Edomae-style sushi omakase bar on the third floor of Weller Court in Downtown Los Angeles. The chef serves nigiri made with Japanese fish and ingredients one piece at a time at the counter. From the bar seats, diners watch the chef make each piece of sushi in front of them. Each course is built around the quality of the fish and traditional techniques.
