SORA Craft Kitchen

SORA Craft Kitchen is a small restaurant near the Fashion District in Downtown Los Angeles that serves Turkish Mediterranean and Asian fusion dishes. Kebabs, içli köfte, eggplant salad, and chicken marinated in pomegranate molasses are ordered at a kiosk. One chef handles both cooking and serving in an open kitchen, and a meal takes about an hour. There are only six tables, so reservations are required.
