Soot Bull Jip

Sutbuljip is a Korean-style charcoal BBQ restaurant in Los Angeles that grills galbi over charcoal and serves soy-marinated pork galbi and soy-marinated galbi. The pork galbi is neither very sweet nor very salty, and the gochujang jjigae has a clean, not-sweet flavor. Staff grill the meat for you, and one portion is large enough to feel like two portions in Korea. Staff service varies from person to person.
