ShinChon Seolleongtang is a Korean restaurant in Los Angeles that serves seolleongtang and yukgaejang. The eolkeun seokeo seolleongtang contains somyeon and offal, and the yukgaejang comes with a moderate amount of solid ingredients. Regulars have returned for years, and the banchan include kimchi, kkakdugi, cabbage wraps, and mul miyeok. The seolleongtang has less meat and a smaller portion than at other places.
