Ramen Yamadaya is a Japanese restaurant in Little Tokyo that serves tonkotsu ramen and sushi hand rolls. The tonkotsu ramen comes with a rich pork broth and a generous amount of chashu, and the menu also includes zaru soba and miso ramen.
