Quarter Sheets

Quarter Sheets is a small pizza shop in Echo Park, Los Angeles, selling Detroit-style pizza and cake. It offers pepperoni, red top, and tomato slices by the slice or whole, and meatballs come with garlic cheese bread. Pizza and seats are claimed after ordering and paying, and on Wednesdays and Fridays there is a bar pie available only for dine-in. Indoor seating is limited, so eating without a reservation is difficult.
