Perch is a rooftop bar and restaurant in Downtown Los Angeles that serves French food and cocktails. The menu includes steak frites, onion soup, and salmon gnocchi, and the terrace looks out over the Downtown LA city view. The rooftop is reached by switching elevators midway, and IDs are checked. On Fridays and weekends the venue is crowded and loud.
