NIKU X

NIKU X is a yakiniku buffet on the second floor of the InterContinental hotel in Los Angeles, serving A5 wagyu and seafood cooked together. On weekends the buffet includes steak, king crab, lobster, sashimi, and sushi, with meat either grilled by guests or cooked by staff at the bar. There is no sign at the first-floor entrance, so guests must ask staff and take the escalator to the second floor. The king crab, snow crab, and lobster are salty.
