Ma Dang Gook Soo

Madang Guksu is a Korean restaurant in Koreatown, Los Angeles, serving kalguksu along with janchi guksu, kongguksu, bibim guksu, and gimbap. The janchi guksu comes with kimchi, and the kongguksu has a nutty flavor. Water is served as light barley tea with ice, and dumplings are made by hand in one corner of the kitchen. Staff service is rough and the tables and chairs are sticky.
